Travel bookings
For booking of any travel package 20% of the total tour cost and cost of flight/train tickets is required to be paid as an advance payment to make the booking. 30% of the total package cost is required to be paid once we share the booking confirmations. Balance 50% of the tour price should be paid 45 days prior to the date of departure.
During the peak season 100% payment is required in advance. We will inform you about the same prior to booking.
Prices quoted to you are subject to change at the time of booking. The quoted prices are as per the prevailing rates of hotels, flights, train and foreign exchange conversion rates. The final costing may therefore change at the time of booking which will be informed to you in advance. How ever if there is any difference in charges at the time of travel dates due to fluctuation of foreign exchange conversion rate, that will be incurred by you.
Valid government ID verification is mandatory before boarding.
Changes after bookings
In case of unforeseen circumstances, if you have to make any changes in travel bookings, we will assist you in making those changes subject to availability and payment of applicable booking amendment, modification, cancellation charges or differential fare. A nominal admin charges will also be levied on modification.

Details of our Bank accounts and payment gateways will be provided to you at the time of booking.
Go Easy Holidays may ask for valid PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport Copy at the time of payment. PAN number is mandatory for making any booking and its payment of INR 50,000 or more.
Cancellations
Cancellation must be notified via same email ID or mobile number through which booking was made and on a working day.
We request you to read the cancellation terms & conditions shared at the time of bookings.
Applicable charges for cancellation as per the rules of Hotel, Airlines, Tour Operators and Activity charges will be applicable. In case of non-refundable packages, Hotel bookings or Air tickets informed in advance no refund will be made.
In case of flight or train cancellations by flight operators or railways without refund Go Easy Holidays will not be held liable. Any refund received for such cancellations will be re-funded to you.
Transfer of booking in other names is not permitted.
Miscellaneous
Once the hotel booking is confirmed there will be no refund towards the cost of the hotel booking as applicable.
Any hike in hotel rates, airfares, airport taxes/fuel surcharge will be paid prior to the departure date.
Service charges are non-refundable.
Hotel Check In are subject to fulfilling Hotel’s terms and conditions specified at the time of booking. Allotment of room type is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the hotel.
Other Terms and Conditions
The Users availing services from Go Easy Holidays shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of Go Easy Holidays shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.
The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that Go Easy Holidays acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third-party service providers, and therefore, all services provided shall be subject to "as is" and "as available" basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers.
The user agrees that there can be "Force Majure" circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, epidemic, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc. resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers not able to honour confirmed bookings. In such an event Go Easy Holidays shall not be responsible shall not be liable to pay any compensation, refund, interest or damages and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being of the user.
Go Easy Holidays hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of NCR of Delhi, India.
